Special functions are developed to give the system more flexibility.
Sometimes it might be a customer specific solution that requires a special
function. Other times it might be because the standard functionality was not
enough in this case. Special functions are used in all parts of the system, for example in
the Client, in eTouch, in reports, and in the web application
BZX21.
Which
special functions (if any) that can be of interest to your company, is
